What types of tea do you sell?
We offer all six major categories of Chinese tea: Green, Black, Oolong, White, Pu-erh, Yellow, Dark, and Scented teas, plus handcrafted teaware.
Are your teas authentic?
Yes! We source directly from renowned tea regions across China, working with over 50 trusted tea farms. Every tea is verified for authenticity and quality.
How should I store my tea?
Store tea in airtight containers away from light, heat, moisture, and strong odors. Green and yellow teas benefit from refrigeration. Pu-erh should be stored in a cool, dry place with some air circulation.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Standard shipping for orders under $50 is $8.99.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days. Express shipping takes 3-7 business days. Priority shipping takes 1-3 business days.
Can I return tea?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products in original packaging. Opened tea cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. See our Returns Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods through our secure payment processor Creem.io.
How do I brew Chinese tea properly?
Each tea type has different optimal brewing parameters. Check our Brewing Guide for detailed instructions on water temperature, steeping time, and tea-to-water ratios for each tea category.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
