30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened products in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Opened tea products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless there is a quality issue.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
